Our metal roof was installed just under 5 years ago; and had sprung a small leak. I emailed them to have them look into it, as it has a lifetime warranty. Within hours they called me and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Ken came by right on time, and quickly was on the roof looking at potential causes. He identified an area where it looked like the roof was dipping a bit, right above the leak. When he removed the shingles there he noticed there were some nails through the sunroof, and likely the cause of the issue. He placed some membrane, and re-applied the singles. He had also identified some facia boards that could use some caulking to reduce other areas of potential water incursion, and filled those in. Really impressed with Ken and how he’s worked to ensure the problem is resolved. Update: We had an issue with the ridge venting, called their support and the sent Ken out to check them out. He identified that the wider version of the vent caps should have been used and set an appointment with me for him to come and replace them all. He’s just been back to do that work, took 2 hours and left everything spotless. Fantastic customer service.

John and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. It looks absolutely outstanding. There was no cleanup after they cleaned everything up. They are very professional. They have an amazing warranty that is transferable. I highly recommend them.

I had additional snow guards installed on my Interlock Roofing Systems shingles. The work was done by Ken Moore. I have only praise to offer for the work this man did to my place. Sure, the product is good, but people like Ken make the company what it is: a reliable entity. I have had other less pleasant interactions with other people from the company, and, honestly, Ken's work confirmed that the human factor is important to a company's reputation. Kudos to Ken for a job well done.

Brad and Ken were out to replace some old skylights for us and install some new snow guards. They were very friendly and professional! The work took an extra day due to some severe inclement weather but we were not charged any additional fees beyond the quote which was appreciated! I would definitely have them back out for any future roofing issues and felt that they were extremely knowledgeable.

From start to finish Interlock Roofing exceeded our expectations. We have a steep roof with dormers/intricate angles and many roofers denied the job. We felt completely confident throughout the whole process that we chose the best type of roof for life on Georgian Bay. Bruce was incredible form beginning to end. The installation team, John Sr., John Jr. and CJ, were incredible. They made sure everything was cleaned up and organized daily.
