Last summer, we had power outages for 3 days without AC in an extreme hot day, I realized how cool the roof is, the fully double insulations under the metal slate keep the house so cool, we don't think we need AC anymore. Anything that links to it should be discussed and made aware of. They may only have experienced once and the roofing company deals with it every day.
