This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tudor Brown on a home in Coquitlam, BC, completed August 18, 2016. The project covered roughly 30 squares of roofing. Communication between customer/sales rep and installers could be improved- the installation took several weeks longer than expected as on some days there was only one installer or no one showed - we were asked if we wanted to do our roof asap from when we signed the contract and we agreed but the installation went on for several weeks - also regarding maintenance on our gutters - I contacted our rep and installer as I didn't want just anyone up on our great looking roof - and the installer said that would not be an issue and they could do it but never replied with a date - communication could be improved.
