Our 1st home had the shingles installed in 2009, and helped sell the home in 2021, as they looked identical to when installed, had no issues and had the transferable 50 year warranty for the second owner. I don’t think that Intetlock should sell roofing in geographic areas where they don’t have an installation team located. My installers came from Calgary which is likely why I had to wait so long for the installation.
