They were responsive to our initial inquiry and followed up quickly with providing us a quote. They were very thorough in providing us with information about their product and our options providing us with a written quote by the end of our meeting. They were patient with us while we considered the quote, which we really appreciated. They ensured all covid safety procedures were followed. They were able to fit our job in very quickly and the installers were on time, and the job was completed as they said it would. The installers were experienced, polite and professional. There is no area with how they could have improved on our project. Everything fell into place quickly as even the weather cooperated for the installing crew. We are very happy with the new roof. It has definitely made the house look newer and refreshed. Thanks.
