  The communication during the installation and when the wind deficiencies were found in my roof was not handled well. I had to go into my attic myself to verify whether the work they claimed was done had actually been completed — and several times, it wasn't. They had to come back multiple times, and I had to adjust how I communicated just to make sure we could finally get everything resolved.
