They were professional and courteous. From the sales end with Randal, to their manager Todd, and the installer Vlad, they did what they said, when they said they were going to do it. They were just true professionals and a pleasure to work with. The only part of the process I wasn't super hot on was a little bit of the sales pitch at the start. I didn't need to be sold on the product. I felt like there was a little bit of an unnecessary sales thing. The product speaks for itself. It was a pleasure, start to finish--a great group of people, great product, and great workmanship. All of my concerns were addressed and tied up with a nice little bow on top. It turned out better than I expected or hoped.
