A few bumps in the job along the way, but the end result is gorgeous. We are thrilled to never need to replace our roof again. We have already recommended Interlock to many neighbors and friends. Communication! If Danny checked in each evening before he left for the day, I could’ve talked with him directly about the vents, snow guards, faschia cap issues as they occurred instead of feeling like a nuisance customer repeatedly calling and emailing to get clarification and corrections.

“We were told we would have new bathroom vents with flappers installed in the roof for a quick connection by us in the attic. The wrong vents were used (no flapper) and therefore we had to purchase materials and spend time and frustration to remedy things from the attic by ourselves.”

“There were multiple miscommunications between our point person and the installer. I definitely had to inspect the work at the end of each day to ensure certain elements were being installed as agreed upon. That said, when I brought up these issues they were addressed promptly. Just wish they didn’t arise at all.”

“Mike told us the install would be 4 days long. In the end it was a little more than 2 weeks. We are pleased with the results, but it would’ve been better to be told 2 weeks from the beginning. Todd estimated our project would start roughly 10 days from when we spoke. It was 21 days. I understand being a few days off in predicting when the current job will finish, but this was a big difference. We weren’t in a rush so I’m not bothered, but some customers may be.”
