This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Port Moody, BC, completed June 30, 2020. The project covered roughly 34 squares of roofing. John Nesbit and Kazuko O. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on July 24, 2020. Employees Professionalism scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Courteous yes. But there were some gaps in the service I have detailed below.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
Professional Completion and Problem Resolution are the main areas that need to be improved. I suggest you have someone inspect the installation when it is completed. Soffit vents should be an item to select on the contract so the inspection can check the work against what was contracted. I shouldn't have to identify the issues and ensure there is follow up.
