This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Royal Blue on a home in Prince George, BC, completed September 20, 2014. The project covered roughly 12 squares of roofing. I think communication could be improved between the office staff and the customer. I was not notified of the delivery date of the product, nor was I notified in a timely manner regarding the amount of strapping I was providing, nor was I notified when the disposal bin was to arrive. At the end of the project we, the customer had to arrange the removal of the bin. I also didn't appreciate the after-the-fact emails that were strictly to CYA (cover your ass) from the office staff. I hope when I put my addition on in a couple of years, that these same four fellows will be here to put that roof on as well. Thank you.
