Interlock Roofing could have improved during the project because of the measurements. Randal was very upfront in the fact that there was a measurement issue for the total length of the panels. It was an unfortunate missed oversight, but in terms of how it got handled and addressed, I was pleased. They were very professional and I was more than happy to continue working with them for the roof. All in all, I am satisfied with the process.

“There was a minor issue with some measurements on the house. Initially we were quoted for a standing seam solution for the home and then they made some more detailed measurements and the roof pitch was too long to support the standing seam panels, so we had to switch it to standing seam shingles instead. They handled it well thought so I was okay with that.”

“3 because of that initial issue with the standing seam not being what got installed. A new contract had to be made to put in the shingles, rather than the panels. I was hoping to have them here in early August, but it got pushed almost into October. I am happy with the installation though and the job that was done.”
