There are some troubling signs because there is some damage to the flashing in front of the garage, and we are trying to contact Interlock, but we don't seem to get any response from them. That is pretty troubling at this point. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but there are still some things that they need to fix. We're so happy we decided to go with the metal roof as it turned out better than our expectations and doesn't take away from the contemporary house style. We appreciated that the original meet and greet started with the estimate right up front and then led into the details of the roof color choices.

Project was completed ahead of time. There was a bit of confusion with the billing timeline since the job start and completion dates were so close. Would have been easier to not split up the payment. Vlad and his crew were very friendly and provided some good recommendation on venting and were able to make adjustments during the install. Thanks for a great looking/functional toof

In fact, best decision ever to have Interlock Industries install. The metal roof is manufactured in Delta, BC and they have their own installers. It's not panels! It looks very much like a cedar roof! Color is awesome as well! My home looks great!

It seemed logical that taking the old shingles off and making sure the substructure was suitable for a 50 year warranty roof is good practice.
