  They could have improved with proper training of the installation crew. The big issue was with the installer. With regard to the installation, they need to improve the training of the installation crew and the installation crew needs to be better at communicating. Lots of broken promises.

  Was told the cost would be 2-3 times that of a re- shingling job. Quote was in actual fact over 4 times the cost, seems quite overpriced and if making such an investment people want comfort in knowing any issues with leaks would be rectified promptly, and without troubles scheduling the fix.
