because we had a copper roof installed, there were delays in delivery and start-up which should have been addressed by you phoning me, but i kept having to phone you. the crew was excellent, but there were several days when they could have used more help and the job could have been completed sooner. it was supposed to begin in early august and be completed in 7-10 days. it began in late august and took close to five weeks to complete. i now understand that this is the first copper roof you've… Read more →
