  Doing the work sooner. We signed the contract in March 2019 and the roofer didn't show up until late Octorber 2019 One day Jacob and his helper showed up for work at 10 am and left for lunch at 12 pm, not coming back to work until 2:30 pm and leaving for the day at 4 pm. A few weeks later Jacob finally came back to finish the job and worked solely by himself. Worked quite late everyday to catch up. He could have really used a trained helper.
