  I am a retired construction person. I understand difficult construction procedures or set up. It was $4000 extra for my difficult staging procedure. Took 4-5 hours for clamp and tube to be set up on both sides of the house and a 30 ft aluminum plank spanning the steep back yard of the building. Did not really justify the extra coast.   I think they did everything they could. They did pretty well. They were the best construction crew I've had on my property. They could have had a 100% clean-up rate and I would give them a 95 %. That is the only thing they could have done better. The guys are really good. The cleanness I've ever had. They did a great job!

  Your crew was experienced and that is the important thing. The only question I had at the time was the appearance of the flashed stainless chimney. It, in my eye, was not quite right.   The work crew seemed to be a bit rushed, I think there were a lot of jobs scheduled and they wanted to move on. I did a lot of the cleanup myself because I like doing something and the only comment my wife had was that there were a lot of cigarette buts around. I wish I would have put this roof on sooner as I had leaks and now I feel secure. Other than the high price I am very satisfied.
