  We hired Maritime Permanent Roofing (an Interlock Roofing company) to install a new metal roof. A lot of metal roofs that get installed are steel "barn-board" roofs that are screwed down. If you can't see the fasteners, you've installed a better quality roof called "standing seam". So we were trying to decide between standing seam and metal shingles.
