They could have improved on communication. When we spoke to John, he said someone would be in touch to confirm whether we wanted barn roof or not, and no one contacted us so there was some miscommunication about the roof. It was cleared up quickly though. We are really pleased with the color and improvement to our house, but there is still a bracket left up on our roof.
