On the whole, I am happy with the roof. The original quote included 20 snow guards. The completed roof only had 17. After I pointed that out, they gave me a credit for the three snow guards. I do not know if that included the labor. There were some roofing nails left behind. I think I picked up half a dozen.

It took a month for it to be completed. suitable compensation for their own errors. This was a long and drawn out process. [Surveyor note] Customer has requested a copy of the survey for his own records. I would really like to be done and have all the ducks in a row.
