What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Overton, NS?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Hunter Green on a home in Overton, NS, completed September 8, 2021. The project covered roughly 11 squares of roofing. Ed de G. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on October 26, 2021. Schedule scored 4 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “There were some scheduling issues because of the weather.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
I think on demonstrating the materials to be used and explaining how they would be used would be one thing they could improve on. Potentially having a bit better information when working with other trades, like the house was also being sided just prior to them doing the roof, so that is something they could improve on. Other than that, they were pretty good. On a whole, I'm very pleased with it.
