We are very pleased with the product and how our home looks, but I am very upfront when asked about our roof. We have received a lot of very complimentary comments about our roof but I am very honest about how we were treated. All it would have taken was a phone call or for our phone calls to be returned. Communication, communication, communication!!! Respect for the customer. We adhered to the terms of the contract, gave a down payment, had NS Power come in to cover wires so that the installers were safe and the installers had a cheque for the balance owed leaving the driveway.
