1-800 scheduling person was rude, she did not help me out, and tell me who I needed to talk to. She never got back to me. It was 99% good. I am very satisfied with the company but the initial contact I had was not satisfying whatsoever. John Reeves did an excellent job. John was on it and had it all done already. He took care of everything.
