This project used an Interlock® Cedar Shingle system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Timberlea, NS, completed September 25, 2017. The project covered roughly 20 squares of roofing. Lee Titus and Nadine A. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on November 3, 2017. Sales Punctuality scored 5 out of 5. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
At the end of the job, we provided the workers with a survey/comment sheet to pass along to Interlock Roofing. I believe that Interlock Roofing should provide customers with a stamped envelope and ask customers to mail their survey/comment sheet. We had a great experience with our installers, but if someone didn't have a great experience they may not have wanted to give their survey/comment sheet to the people they were evaluating. Just a thought.
