What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Ajax, ON?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tile Red on a home in Ajax, ON, completed October 15, 2017. The project covered roughly 25 squares of roofing. When I first phoned Interlock, I was put on hold for around 1 hour and then connected to a third party who said they would get a message to Interlock and request them to call me in 24 hours. After 3 days, Susan of Interlock called me. After a 2 month waiting period, installation started 10 days after the promised date. We removed our solar panels based on Interlock's promised installation date and lost solar revenue for 10 days because Interlock did not keep its installation date commitment.
