What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Ajax, ON?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Ajax, ON, completed March 31, 2019. The project covered roughly 20 squares of roofing. Chris and Jennifer M. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on April 10, 2019. Quality Of Workmanship scored 5 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “I have not had a chance to inspect the job thoroughly.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
The crew and workers are excellent, but the customer service is lacking. I need customer service to step up their game. Interlock Roofing could have improved communication regarding when the workers would be there. We had a good experience with the crew and workers here. It is just the customer service of Interlock Roofing that I have had a problem with.
