On July 23 2014 when roof installation was competed we were highly satisfied with both product and service, but had issues with the installation of snow guards (Some were missed in installation and had to be retrofitted. Others were misplaced) . THEN, it all went south. 1 1/2 boxes of left over shingles were removed following completion of the roofing without our permission. These have not been returned nor credited.
