  Installer/office coordination or communication. I was apprehensive during the process due to the amount of work to take 2 layers of old shingles off and install membranes and roof during the spring rainy season. To his credit the installer was very organized and professional, he made sure that during inclement weather he stopped at a logical point to ensure no water ingress during overnight storm activity.
