“I was surprised when warehousing called in early February that they would be delivering the roofing material the following week which was accomplished on the date and time provided with good communication between driver and myself. The surprise was the contract called for spring application due to heavy snows in Ottawa region and the the material was delivered in early February which made placing the four skids on my laneway. This was difficult in itself and if I had not been available the driver would not have been able to offload by himself, requiring my help and that of my son. The warehouseman advised me the crew would likely show in a week to ten days. No further communication was heard from Interlock management until 03 Mar when the installers called advising they were arriving the following morning to commence the project. This was not an issue as it turned out as I was available, but it could have been an issue if the circumstances had been otherwise. Would suggest management planning staff take this issue for action.”Installation Crew
