They were very skilled and professional! They could have improved on my project with a more thorough cleanup at the end. There were a lot of little things that had fallen in bushes and leaves that they just missed. I live in a Heritage home, a historic house that is protected by the providence of Ontario. I think just a little bit more communication during installation with the requirements of the Heritage homeowner, would be one suggestion for the future. The sales guys were really good, and the installers were excellent, but during installation, there were some minor issues in terms of modifications made to the brick, which I had just finished restoring that could have been done better. If they had just spoken and communicated with me, it would have been better.
