Metal Shingles Hamilton, ON Review

I was disappointed re: the lack of communication from interlock on start dates. I felt James Keeping had lied to us. He stated he would be back during the installation and that there was no way the install would be delayed. After several phone calls were ignored re the start date, we started emailing. This left us frustrated and vulnerable. We weren't sure whom to contact. The installer himself was nice and courteous. There was a language barrier. Perhaps if someone in charge had contacted us throughout the installation process as promised some a issues could have been avoided. As of now my porch flash guard ( I think that's what its called) is waiting to be fixed. I'm not happy with the same along my carport. As well I did express prior to any contract that I was particular about the alignment which I don't believe has the same pattern on all parts of the roof. I do like the ice guards. I also appreciate the weather was horrible. I do believe that if the correct intstall date would have been followed nobody would have to be rushed and thus the pattern would appear the same in all areas.
