“They could have communicated better regarding the start and end time of the project. I had to call them several times to find out when they were actually going to start the project. Then they told me that they were going to start on a certain date and then didn't show up with no phone call. This wouldn't have been as big of a deal except for the fact that I have roommates and had to coordinate things with them.”
