Communication prior to starting. I was told of all these various people (coordinator and foreman) will be calling me but I only received a call after I inquired to the sales rep as to why nobody has called me or started my roof which was 3 weeks over due. I also wish I was informed more of the safety features (snow guards) and the importance of having them up around the house.
