The original day they were supposed to start the project was delayed to the next day, but they lacked communication. I would like to share my experience was overall positive. The only suggestion for improvement is for the sign to be reusable because we had to throw it away, but if it was sustainable. It would be more environmentally friendly.

The insulation factor is very important. Everything went perfectly. There is nothing I would submit for approval. It was great. It's so new that we haven't had it for very long. It looks wonderful. It is absolutely brilliant. It is a vast improvement in air conditioning efficiency.

John and his vice president answered all our questions efficiently and fast. The workers that came were professional and even did it in the winter. The end result is a gorgeous roof that can be seen from far away, the shine on it from the moon is really nice, you don't hear rain at all and the snow slides off perfectly with the snow guards. We haven't had a winter or rain on it yet. It looks fantastic and was well done. We are very happy about the work. We hope it lives up to its standards. I wasn't happy because they showed up and disappeared. They had a second crew come in, but our progress was delayed by two months. I'm still waiting for them to come back and do a second part. There were some issues that I'm not quite happy with but overall I'm satisfied.

Review: September 15, 2015Completion: August 27, 2015Nobody showed up on installation day. When I contacted them that evening, I was informed they would arrive in the morning yet they came at noon. However, once they arrived, they were friendly and worked well. I would also suggest that the materials are stacked low as opposed to high when they are dropped off as our materials fell & dented the vents. Miscommunication & stacking materials, high, were the only issues.

Completion: November 12, 2015The project was finished on a Friday minus the installation of 4-5 snow guards over the main entranceway of the house as they were not available. The installer was going to install them on the next working day. I received the snow guards but the installer contacted me and said he would phone to set a time for installation and pickup of remaining materials, but I have not been able to reach him since. I will continue to phone him every day until I can.
