The original day they were supposed to start the project was delayed to the next day, but they lacked communication. I would like to share my experience was overall positive. The only suggestion for improvement is for the sign to be reusable because we had to throw it away, but if it was sustainable. It would be more environmentally friendly.

Review: November 9, 2020Completion: December 27, 2020They had two crews show up. The first crew left but they should have stayed and done what they could. I wasn't happy because they showed up and disappeared. They had a second crew come in, but our progress was delayed by two months. I'm still waiting for them to come back and do a second part. There were some issues that I'm not quite happy with but overall I'm satisfied.

However, once they arrived, they were friendly and worked well. I would also suggest that the materials are stacked low as opposed to high when they are dropped off as our materials fell & dented the vents. Miscommunication & stacking materials, high, were the only issues.
