  They could have improved by checking their installation crews. They should inspect everything halfway between the roof being done or closer to the end of the project. That would be a good idea because the workers just come, finish, and leave. Also, the customer satisfaction survey should be left with the customer to do when they've had a chance to fully inspect the work, instead of giving the survey right away on the day the project is done.
