They kept postponing the installation. The managers were not responsive at all. They kept putting me off like it wasn't important. Emails kept being sent out, and it wasn't a priority to them. They did things on their own time. They have terrible service and terrible communication. I had a horrible overall experience.

My builder said most installers would have the valley installed in 5 minutes. Tony took 30 minutes as it was a challenging valley to install.

Interlock could have improved on customer relations, and their expertise on what is needed on a project. Don't just charge whatever. After some discussion Bob did offer to give us the snow guards. As I understand Bob was responsible for the additional costs.
