What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Mississauga, ON?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tudor Brown on a home in Mississauga, ON, completed April 23, 2019. The project covered roughly 19 squares of roofing. Raymond and Shieldon E. rated the work 4 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on June 3, 2019. Quality Of Materials scored 4 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “The vents that were used for the washroom are plastic and I thought that everything was going to be aluminum.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
Interlock Roofing could have improved the safety and the cleanup of the project a lot. I think that some of the sales information was inaccurate also. I believe that the salesman told me that everything is covered under the 50 year warranty, but I received the warranty papers and it appears that the labor is only a 10 year warranty. There were inaccuracies about that. Nobody told me about the sales sign that is on my lawn. I don't know if I am supposed to throw it away or if there are some kind of benefits for keeping it on my lawn. There is no information about that. The salesman also said that there would be one last checkup from another person on the team. He said that a foreman would come to investigate to see if everything was okay, but no one has come out.
