This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in North Gower, ON, completed December 14, 2015. The project covered roughly 32 squares of roofing. Blair and Karen G. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on January 7, 2016. Sales Punctuality scored 5 out of 5. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
I had my material delivered in September but the project never started until Late November/Early December and I had to call to inquire on a start date. I did get 1 call apologizing for the delay in start date of the project. I was never given a potential start date upon receiving the material. Dave was great, he came out to the house twice, answered any and all questions and seemed very knowledgeable about his product. The only issue, and it wasn't an issue for us, but the only issue was the scheduling of the installation. We made our down payment back in July/August, the material showed up in early September and the installation began in late November. It wasn't a big deal for us but it could be a big deal to others. I am very happy with the product, the installation crew and the no pressure sales cycle. Would recommend Interlock to anyone looking for a new roof.
