I spent months talking to steel roof installers and the thing that bothered me most, is whether the company will be around long enough to support warranty issues.

  Work hours should be better,.and not in the dark It took 3weeks but work 12days and short hours. It was very different and stressful experience for me .Especially when you have to over look all the details work and can't see what's going on without a ladder. And make sure your worker doesn't damage my place. Like ladder scrapes on my deck and tar on the driveway and steps. Now I have to do a lot of cleaning in the spring.

Victor's crew completed the work on a Sunday and issues with the snow guards happened at this point.   I was told there would be a site visit after the job was done to see the project. I had a leak in the roof after the project was finished and it was completed. I had damage inside of the house. After the job was done, it would have been nice if someone got on the roof and inspected the work.

  There was a disconnect with Bob versus what actually happened which I think could be improved in terms of expectation setting. We expected a small team to perform the work 6-8 weeks after signing. We ended up with a single guy doing the work 3 months later. Not in and of itself a problem, just gave us a bit of a scare that could have been avoided with better or more clear communication.
