What was involved in this Interlock® Slate roof installation in Ottawa, ON?
This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tile Red on a home in Ottawa, ON, completed November 15, 2019. The project covered roughly 19 squares of roofing. Lawrence and Maridel L. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on February 3, 2020. Sales Punctuality scored 5 out of 5. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
I'm a happy customer overall. The only issue was during the initial installation, I wasn't home and the guys proceed the work as schedule without me being there. I have specific instruction that I need to see their training certificates and proof of insurance before they can do the work on the property but they didn't wait. Mind you, this is just a minor mis communication and they have all the information with them readily available when I went home to see them. Going forward, I just wish that they follow orders prior to avoid this kind of issue. Or perhaps communicate it properly and provide necessary documents via email so there is no delay to start the project. Cheers!
