Due to an insulation issue and snow depth of over 4 feet, we had an ice build up problem. Ken, Greg and Cheri provided consultation and prompt service in addressing the addition of snow guards. Their knowledgable and friendly service was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend both the product and the team.
