  communication should be key when dealing with a product costing as much as a car. Moreover, similar to car purchase, I would expect it come off the lot in perfect condition, and we did not find this with our roof. Feeling a bit sad about our trust in this company.

  They need to work on their communication first of all. They also lacked the proper clean up of the site. I also do not think it should have taken so long to get the warranty paperwork.
