  Communication with the customer needs to be improved. We were never informed of the status of our job. We had to call to get information on potential start dates. Would be easier if Interlock called customer to keep him/her informed. Material was delivered then it took 4 to 5 weeks for the installers to show up. We are pleased with the product and the installation.
