    Communication with the customer needs to be improved. We were never informed of the status of our job. We had to call to get information on potential start dates. Would be easier if Interlock called customer to keep him/her informed. Material was delivered then it took 4 to 5 weeks for the installers to show up. We are pleased with the product and the installation.

It looks simply great, and Sylvie is very happy with her choice of the pattern of the new shingles. I have some minor questions regarding the ice guards over the dining area.
