The quoting process. The quote was clear but it wasn't formally written out on a form. After the job was completed, but there hasn't been any expectation or communication on the warranty I'm supposed to receive for my roof, which I still don't have.In regards to GuildQuality: I've been difficult to reach, but I appreciate how diligent the surveyors have been in reaching out to me!
