One time I called and I spoke to one of your staff and then they were not nice on the phone. I asked to have an estimate on the roof and they told me that it was expensive. They assumed I did not know it was expensive. I told them not to come. They kept telling me they were expensive. I canceled it. Then a few weeks later I called again because another friend told me about Interlock and I called again and I spoke to Dave. He is the best. He is excellent. The first time I called I was not very happy with the customer service from one of the staff. I don't want to mention the name, I don't want to cause trouble. That was the first encounter and I was not happy. I know it's expensive. Mention to all of the staff when you talk to a customer no matter who, provide good service to customers. When they call, even though they may not be able to use the company, be willing to help. That is good customer service. I did not tell Dave about this but wanted to include it in the customer survey.
