This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Colonial Brown on a home in Toronto, ON, completed June 23, 2017. The project covered roughly 16 squares of roofing. Sheila C. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on August 19, 2017. Employees Professionalism scored 5 out of 5. The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
There was a little mix up on one of the properties where the installer didn't have all of the stuff he needed, such as the snow guards and a few of the cap pieces. They arranged a Fed Ex delivery to the house with my name on it. I was not informed of the fact that this was going to happen. The tenants in the house signed for it and didn't explain to me. They didn't open it and told me it came. I thought it was some sort of fraud because no one told me. The installer went the next day to pick up the pieces at the warehouse, so then he had to take them back later. That was a bit of a time wasting mess. I spent time with my credit card people to see if it was fraud for something that had been delivered. **She is answering this survey for all four of her properties done by Interlock.** One of the things that I didn't find terribly great was the metal companies who were doing steel, they were doing thirty snow guards at no cost and your limit is fifteen, which is not really enough for most places. It would be nice if a few more would be included. Also, I wish you would've moved to metal from plastic a little faster so I would've got them on the first two roofs.
