This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in White Lake, ON, completed August 25, 2017. The project covered roughly 62 squares of roofing. Stephen and Noreen Q. rated the work 3 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on November 11, 2017. Quality Of Materials scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “There was a quality issue with our roof. We ended up with two different dialogues on the roof.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
The structural quality of the product is excellent, but I am not happy with the communication from the project manager. There could have been better communication, and more responsiveness. I really appreciate that the company does the follow up with the survey. I hope something is done with the feedback.
