This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Woodbridge, ON, completed June 13, 2016. The project covered roughly 45 squares of roofing. I'd love to recommend Interlock to friends...but only a select few could afford this kind of roof. I'm happy with roof venting created on my roof, and am curious to see how much cooler it will be on my 2nd floor this summer. Interlock could perhaps improve on the warranty aspect of their roofs. Why not have a permanent warranty, despite sale of home...easily transferrable multiple times?This type of roofing is such a large monetary investment, more assurances in the warranty, and longevity of Interlock itself may make potential customers feel safer in spending $50k-100k on this type of roof. Send potential customers my way if you'd like to showcase my roof to them. I'll happily discuss with interested buyers.
