“All was good until I developed a minor problem and tried to get it resolved.”Problem Resolution

“Undecided between 1 and 2. I developed a problem with snow and Ice which I did not have with my previous roof. After contacting Interlock, I felt as though they were Brushing me off and trying to avoid any responsibility for helping to solve the problem. I was able to convince the crew that came out to add more snow guards. Some more snow guards were put on to see if This could resolve the problem. We are hopeful that this solution will work. I felt though that the other solution suggested by Interlock (wire in eavestrough) would be very difficult for me to implement. Told that company doesn’t touch eavestrough and doesn’t know anyone who could do it. I would think it would be a small job to send someone out to do this from Interlock. I was disappointed at how rigid Interlock was in trying to resolve the problem. I had to insist that someone come on site to actually look at the roof and have a discussion about my concern. I would think that a company that has been in business for so long would be more adept in dealing with a customer concern. Perhaps more training of staff on how to deal with customer concerns is warranted.”Likely To Recommend
