We had to call to get information on potential start dates. Would be easier if Interlock called customer to keep him/her informed. Material was delivered then it took 4 to 5 weeks for the installers to show up. We are pleased with the product and the installation.

The workers came from R.I. every morning --with morning traffic through Boston they did not arrive until 10 A.M.--which is not their fault.
