Metal Shingles Drumheller, AB Review
Review: May 8, 2018Completion: May 8, 2018They could improve on getting back to you in an appropriate time. It was supposed to be installed in December. It ended up being installed in March. That was a long waiting period. Weather didn't cooperate either. I am still waiting for the warranty papers.

Standing Seam Sublimity, OR Review
Review: May 8, 2018Completion: April 6, 2018They could have improved the scheduling. We were scheduled almost a year out. We enjoy our roof but it took a long time. There were spots in the weather that would have been great to do the job but we missed those spots.

Metal Shingles Huntsville, ON Review
Review: May 7, 2018Completion: April 22, 2018The clean up. Our property was left with debris all over the yard and at our main entrance.. A change in weather didn't help, as snow covered the debris part way through the project; however, the crew could've cleaned up when they knew the snow was coming. We are very disappointed in how our property was left and that clean up did not appear to be a priority.

Metal Shingles Dartmouth, NS Review
Review: May 7, 2018Completion: February 27, 2018Because of the pitch of my roof, sliding snow is an issue that I will have to address, especially over the front door. I would have liked better clarity/warning on this, since the snow guards really make very little difference, and I will need to seek another solution, likely constructing a small porch overhang.

Metal Shingles Brockton, MA Review
Review: May 7, 2018I would like for you to retrain your guys. Don't just sell something but it is good to present something and allow the customer to decide if they are going to proceed or not. I was asking questions and the guy was filling out the application. Present something, allow me to think about it, and then find out if I want to proceed or not. Don't force something on me; that turns me off.
